Cancellation Policy

 
For Live Online Courses:
 
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the course begins.

  • Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted.

  • To cancel, email us at contact (at) desktopbuddha.in with your order details.

For Pre-recorded or Self-paced Courses:
 
  • Since access is granted immediately after purchase, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Policy

 
Eligibility for Refund:
 

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • You were unable to access the course due to technical issues from our end.

  • You were charged twice for the same course.

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong course, and have not accessed any content.

Non-Refundable:
 
  • If more than 15% of the course has been completed/watched.

  • If the course was purchased during a discounted offer or promotion.

  • If you simply change your mind after starting the course.

How to Request a Refund:
 
  • Email us at contact (at) desktopbuddha.in within 7 days of purchase.

  • Include: Order ID, name of course, and reason for refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
